ThaiLannaChurch is in Thailand Full Gospel group, which is under The Evangelical Fellowship of Thailand. It is founded between 1963-1965 by Rev. Robert Nichimoto together with Rev. Samarn Wanakiat, who traveled to establish an evangelical mission in ChiangMai. Rev. Robert had rented a place to declare the gospel on Rachamanka road.
In1970
The Dunhams had arrived in ChiangMai and opened an evangelical chamber at Thanin market, Changpeuk. He had selected the area where there was no church, and was close to the educational center. Teacher Dan Dunham and Teach Linay had established together the center of Full Godspel.
In1974
The congregation was supported by the New life center, streefport, Louisianna, and by CFTN. (Christ for the nation) Dallas, Texas to buy more land and build up the church building.
In 1975
Rev. Linay had built a church with laterite. The fund of this construction came from several sources. This building (the old church) was done in 1978. In the same year the name of the church was changed from Chiang Mai Full gospel church to Thai lanna church.
In 1980-1982
Pastor Somboon Pratumwan was invited to be the pastor for a period of time. At that time there were approximately 30-40 members. In 1981 another building was built on the land. It is a two-storey building, the second floor was used for worship.
Between 1982 -1986
Rev. Boonmak Peeramoon became the pastor of this chuch.
In 1986
Rev. Boonmak resigned from being pastor, and the church lacked of pastor for 2 years. Therefore, teacher Dan Dunham, a foreign missionary, needed to take this responsibility.
Between1988-1992
Teacher Prapan Norrach, a full-time staff, was annointed to be the pastor of the church.
In 1992
Rev. Boonmak Peeramoon retook the position of pastor. He had served the Lord in Thai Lanna until his death on March 22, 2001.
In 2001
Dr. Preecha Jengcharoen, a church parent, by the approval of the parents and members, became the acting pastor of Lanna Thai church.
In 2005
